  • Integrate ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) principles into operational processes and decision-making
  • Develop and deliver engaging training, awareness campaigns, and emergency preparedness activities that strengthen safety culture and operational resilience
  • Monitor key HSE & Quality KPIs, prepare insightful reports, and use data to improve transparency and performance.

What You Bring

  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE (and/or Quality) roles within industrial, construction, projects or energy environments
  • Solid knowledge of Swedish H&S legislation with necessary certifications, and familiarity with international standards
  • Practical experience working with ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems, audits, or continuous improvement activities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence behaviors, deliver training, and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
