Job Description Maintain & Enhance Knight Frank’s ISO-certified management systems (ISO 45001 - WHS, ISO 14001 - Environmental, ISO 9001 - Quality), ensuring best practice across Australia. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and implementing Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems across diverse operations. Certified internal/lead auditor with proven experience in auditing. Experience in preparing for and participating in ISO certifications for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001. Preferred minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent tertiary qualification in risk management; additional Environmental/Quality credentials highly regarded. Understanding of WHS and Environmental legislation, quality management systems, risk management principles, and ISO system governance. The role As HSEQ Assurance Manager, you’ll lead the governance and continuous improvement of Knight Frank’s integrated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards across our national service lines. This specialist role focuses on system oversight, internal auditing, and ISO certification readiness. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Knight Frank’s HSEQ management systems and internal audit program, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards. Plan and deliver risk-based internal audits (desktop and on-site), manage findings in Resolve (Knight Frank’s online risk management and corrective action platform), and ensure timely close-out of actions. Prepare the business for external ISO certification and surveillance audits, partnering with operational leaders to ensure readiness and compliance. Maintain and refine HSEQ policies, procedures, and documentation, streamlining content and ensuring accurate versions across platforms. Develop and deliver related management system training and communications, translating complex requirements into practical guidance for leaders and teams.
