Position Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven HubSpot Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and lead efforts in automation, lead generation, and performance analysis. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—ideal for a marketing tech expert who thrives on optimizing systems and driving results across departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
• Build and execute marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, and CTAs
• Create and refine lead scoring models and nurturing workflows
• Analyze campaign and CRM data to generate actionable insights
• Support integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, and GA4
• Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
• Proficiency in email marketing, lead gen strategy, and data reporting
• Strong collaboration, training, and communication skills
• Preferred: HubSpot certifications, HTML/CSS knowledge, and experience with GA4 or Power BI
