Turn HR data into insights that drive better decisions
Location: Antwerp/ Rotterdam
Great HR decisions start with reliable data. But it's not just about numbers. It's about spotting trends, connecting insights and turning complex information into actions that make a real difference.
As a Human Capital Analyst at Q8, you play a key role in shaping data-driven HR decisions across Kuwait Petroleum Europe. You bring together HR data from different Business Units, develop meaningful dashboards and translate your analyses into clear recommendations for Corporate HR.
Based in Antwerp or Rotterdam, you work in an international corporate environment, connecting HR data and stakeholders across different countries and cultures. With your strong Workday expertise, you take ownership of HR reporting, safeguard data quality and help improve our HR systems and processes.
Your biggest challenge
You combine strong analytical skills with in-depth Workday expertise and a solid understanding of HR processes. You look beyond reporting, uncover the story behind the numbers and help Corporate HR make informed decisions.
- You take ownership of HR reporting and dashboards across different Business Units, using Workday to deliver accurate, consistent and meaningful insights.
- You analyse workforce trends, HR KPIs and personnel costs, translating complex data into clear recommendations that support business decisions.
- You safeguard data quality and coordinate key HR reporting activities, including mandatory Group reporting such as CSRD.
- You support HR budgeting and cost monitoring, working closely with Finance to identify variances and provide reliable financial insights.
- You continuously improve and automate reporting processes, making HR data more accessible, reliable and efficient.
- You contribute to the development and optimisation of our HR systems, from testing new Workday features and resolving issues to supporting colleagues and monitoring HRIS costs.
In short: you turn HR data into insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger processes and a more data-driven HR organisation.
This is you
You have a passion for data and know how to turn numbers into meaningful insights. You're analytical, detail-oriented and confident working with complex datasets. But you also see the bigger picture and understand how reliable HR data supports business decisions.
You also:
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Business, HR or equivalent experience.
- Bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR reporting, data analytics, controlling or workforce analytics, preferably within an international corporate environment.
- Have extensive hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including independently building, maintaining and optimising reports and dashboards.
- Have experience working with complex datasets and understand the importance of data quality, consistency and reliable reporting.
- Work independently, take initiative and manage priorities without constant guidance.
- Feel comfortable collaborating with international stakeholders across different countries, cultures and Business Units.
- Are fluent in English. Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
What do you get in return?
- A competitive salary with an extensive benefits package: Mobile phone + subscription, health or hospitalisation insurance, pension plan, holiday pay, year-end bonus, net expense allowance, bonus scheme and at least 36 days of annual leave.
- Hybrid working: Combine working from home with working from our modern office in Antwerp or Rotterdam, with the latest tools to work efficiently.
- A warm welcome: Join a certified Baanbrekende Werkgever and enjoy sports activities, clubs, events, family days and our BeWell programme for your wellbeing.
- Room to grow: Build your expertise through training and coaching, with plenty of opportunities to develop further within the organisation.
