The Frazer-Nash Graduate Programme is a 2-year, structured early careers pathway, which focuses on developing 5 pillars (Technical, Project Management, Consultancy, Networking and Community, and Wellbeing) to integrate you into the business, develop your technical skills and support you to becoming a well-rounded consultant. Following the graduate programme, you will continue to progress your career as an integral member of the AHS team.
Our Recruitment Process:

Step 2: Measure Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will help us get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report.
Step 3: Interview - Situation based & technical questions that are related to the important criteria needed to be successful on the role.
Step 4: Explore day - This includes the opportunity to learn about what we do, network with current Graduates and find out about what a career at Frazer-Nash has to offer. You will be asked to complete an interview and presentation/task as part of the day.
Step 5: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job or progress you to the next stage.
We are looking for ambitious, intelligent and inquisitive individuals, who can solve challenging Human Factors problems. You will have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Master’s degree in Human Factors, and you must be an existing (or seeking to become) a member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
As this is an early career role, some experience is desirable but not essential, but you will be expected to demonstrate the importance of Human Factors and how your qualifications have prepared you for this career path. Through our selection process you will be able to demonstrate capability and potential which will stand you in good stead as you embark on your career in Human Factors. This includes:

- Communication skills. You are confident when speaking and can clearly explain complex technical matters verbally and in writing.
- Success. You strive to deliver to the best of your abilities and are open to learning and developing new skills.
- Resilience. You are able to work with minimal supervision and display an enthusiastic attitude to problem solving.
