These mid-to-senior level positions will have the opportunity to flex their HR skills in a role that delivers on variety, complexity, and creativity. We will be inviting a number of HR Business Partners to join TeamX, we don't have a box to fit you in - we flex to leverage your strengths and what you love.

But there is one thing that is consistent across our HRBP roles: this is a hands-on consulting role.

Our HR Business Partners don’t just provide recommendations or oversee work being completed by others. You’ll take ownership of client deliverables and be expected to think, create, execute and deliver. One day that might mean coaching a leader through a tricky people issue; the next it could be drafting a framework, building a project plan, reviewing a policy suite, facilitating a workshop or getting stuck into the detail of a client project.

You’ll absolutely collaborate with and leverage the strengths of the wider TeamX crew, but you’ll also be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done yourself.

Our work is consulting-led, always-on and people-centred. You’ll partner with highly dynamic Clients who value HR as a collaborator, leader and people champion. Some roles may require travel within your region to support our clients as this is where you’ll really cut your HR consulting teeth.

You're not someone who just delegates the work, you're equally comfortable getting stuck into the detail yourself.
