Human Resources Business Partner Senior Director

• Location: Remote with up to 25% travel

• Drive organizational effectiveness across the horizontals by designing and delivering human capital strategies that align directly with operational goals, executive accountability and broader mission priorities.
• Partner with senior executives to implement national programs and initiatives that foster a high-performance, values-driven culture across clinical and operational teams.
• Oversee human resources service delivery across the market to streamline operations, enhance the consumer experience and empower frontline leaders.
• Analyze workforce data and market trends in collaboration with national HR partners to forecast staffing needs, improve associate engagement and build a resilient workforce pipeline.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
