What You'll Do

• Source and screen candidates across multiple roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
• Manage candidate communication and documentation.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers throughout recruitment.
• Help improve hiring processes and employer branding.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of HR or recruitment experience (internships included).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Passion for recruitment and people operations.

Good to Have

• Experience using ATS platforms.
• LinkedIn sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics.
