Human Resources Executive

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to lead and support global talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development initiatives across multiple regions. This role will work closely with leadership to attract top talent, strengthen people processes, and support organizational growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with hands-on experience in performance management, talent strategy, and HR operations. Experience working within technology-driven organizations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across the United States, Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
• Manage relationships with executive search firms, recruitment agencies, and independent headhunters.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across technical, commercial, and leadership functions.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring efficiency and quality

Performance Management

• Design, implement, and manage performance review and performance management processes.
• Support managers in setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing employee feedback.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and employee development programs.
• Help establish a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous feedback

Organizational Development

• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness
• Partner with leadership to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to change management and organizational transformation projects as the company scales globally.

HR Operations & People Programs

• Ensure HR policies and processes support a distributed and international workforce.
• Maintain compliance with local employment practices and regulations in collaboration with external advisors when necessary
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and talent development programs.
• Contribute to the development of scalable HR systems, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Organizational Development.
• Demonstrated success managing international recruitment processes across multiple regions.
• Strong experience in performance management and employee development programs.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and headhunters
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within software, technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience recruiting technical and engineering talent.
• Familiarity with international hiring practices across the United States, Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East.
• Experience supporting organizational growth and scaling teams in global
• Knowledge of modern HR technologies, ATS platforms, and performance management systems.
