Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a key partner to leadership and team members across the organization. This full-time remote role includes administering HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records, and coordinating performance management processes. The HR Generalist will oversee employee benefits and leave administration, assist with compliance and documentation, and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves responding to HR-related inquiries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to HR projects that improve processes and systems.

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience across core HR functions.
• Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR Policies.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
• Relevant experience in remote or distributed teams, with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of employment law and HR best practices; prior experience in a tech, AI, or startup environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
