Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, with a strong focus on technology and data-driven positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating inclusive job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and managing interview and selection processes. The recruiter will analyze talent market trends, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and leverage data and AI-powered tools to improve candidate matching and hiring decisions. This role also supports employer branding initiatives, enhances candidate experience, and ensures recruitment practices comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR analytics tools, and digital platforms to manage pipelines and inform hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and market research to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Background in recruiting for technology, AI, data, or startup environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
