An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist to join a growing pharmaceutical company in South Dublin. This is a hands-on role supporting employees and managers across the business, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations and wider HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and employee administration.
• Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.
• Provide support across employee relations, including absence, performance and employee queries.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives to support the development of the business.
• Build strong relationships across corporate and operational teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience in a hands-on HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
