Your Role & Responsibilities
As our HR Intern, you will support the development and execution of core human resources functions—from recruitment to onboarding, and people experience. This is a hands-on role designed to give you practical experience in a startup HR environment.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in preparing and posting job listings across platforms
- Help screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking systems
Onboarding & People Operations
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and organized
- Help in planning virtual team-building activities
HR Administration & Compliance
- Assist with internship agreements, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Update internal HR databases and help manage templates and communication
Employee Experience
- Support feedback collection through surveys and check-ins
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and newsletters
- Help maintain company culture in a remote environment
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is responsible, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic startup culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, Trello, or similar
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning
