Be a force for good and transform your potential into something extraordinary.

As a Human Resources Intern at Nestlé Purina Europe, your mission will be to support our Learning and Talent Development activities and help create engaging learning experiences for our people.

You will join a dynamic, international HR environment where you can take ownership, collaborate with different stakeholders and turn ideas into well-organised learning initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a real contribution while gaining hands-on HR experience, building your professional network and developing the skills needed to kick-start your career.

How you’ll make an impact as a Human Resources Intern

  • Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions, workshops and learning events
  • Manage training invitations, participant communications and attendance tracking
  • Coordinate practical arrangements, including meeting rooms, schedules and learning materials
  • Maintain accurate training records and support reporting activities using Excel
  • Contribute to Learning and Talent Development projects across Purina Europe
  • Prepare clear and engaging presentations, communications and project materials
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders in an international environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve the participant experience and simplify existing processes

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student, or recent graduate, with a genuine interest in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in coordinating several activities and following up with different stakeholders
  • Clear and engaging communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning

At Purina, we place people and pets at the heart of everything we do.

Our benefits are designed to support your growth and wellbeing, so you can thrive at work and in life:

  • Flexible working options, including hybrid work possibilities (for office-based roles)
  • Learning and development opportunities to grow your career
  • Healthcare contribution and access to the Employee Assistance Program
  • Attractive employee discounts across various products and services

What to expect from our hiring process

We are committed to an inclusive and respectful hiring experience and are happy to provide reasonable accommodations if needed. Our workplaces are fully accessible and supported by a strong safety culture, with modern installations and procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

The hiring process typically includes a video interview with Talent Acquisition, an interview with the hiring team, and a final discussion and offer. We review applications as they are received and close the role once a strong list of relevant candidates is identified, so we encourage you to apply early. All information is treated confidentially.
