Company Description Scale738 is a specialized growth team that mid-sized founders hire to drive revenue through integrated SEO, paid search and social, content, creative, analytics, and conversion rate optimization. The company designs end-to-end growth systems by diagnosing funnels and unit economics, modeling revenue impact, and launching campaigns in weekly sprints. Scale738 is based in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, and works with clients who need growth directly tied to revenue.

Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Scale738 is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vicente López, with flexibility for working from the office or 100% remote. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage benefits and compensation processes, and support compliance with local labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, facilitating feedback and review cycles, and supporting professional development and training initiatives. The role also involves nurturing a positive, inclusive culture, handling employee relations matters, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems.
