About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as the HR Manager, Cluster Lead, acting as the key connector between country leadership teams, regional business priorities, and the broader HR organization.
This role serves as the HR leader for the region, partnering with business leaders to shape people strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee experience.
The position is responsible for ensuring local business needs and market realities are reflected in regional and enterprise-wide decisions while delivering integrated HR solutions through strong collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Labor Relations, Legal, and other HR stakeholders.
The successful candidate will thrive in a complex, matrixed, and multi-country environment, balancing strategic influence with operational excellence while driving business outcomes through people.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR leader and strategic advisor for the Cluster, representing local market perspectives in regional and global business and people discussions.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce, talent, organization, and culture strategies aligned with business priorities and future capability needs.
- Partner with COEs and HR Operations to ensure effective execution of HR programs and processes (e.g., benefits, systems, Workplace of Choice actions) and to surface local friction points.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts in partnership with regional Functional HRBPs, ensuring organizational structures, talent capabilities, and workforce plans support business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance on labor relations, employee relations, compliance, and government-related HR matters, partnering closely with Labor Relations and Legal teams to effectively manage risk and support sound business decisions.
- Act as the senior HR escalation point for critical people matters within the region, ensuring timely resolution, risk mitigation, and alignment with company values, policies, and culture.
- Ensure regional talent insights and business priorities are incorporated into enterprise talent discussions, succession planning, and organizational decisions.
- Integrate and coordinate the broader HR ecosystem, partnering with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, and local HR teams to deliver seamless business support and a consistent employee experience.
- Foster strong alignment between regional and global HR teams by promoting collaboration, clarifying responsibilities, and reinforcing a One HR Team approach
- Use workforce analytics and organizational insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and develop HR team members while fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and customer-focused HR organization.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as HR Business Partner and/or HR leader with a strong generalist background.
- Demonstrated success advising leaders and influencing business decisions in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into integrated people and organizational solutions.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and change leadership.
- Strong labor and employee relations experience, including the ability to navigate risk, compliance, and complex organizational challenges.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Regional, multi-country, or multi-site experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Negotiation, or a related field is a plus
