Global medical devices organisation going through significant growth requires a Human Resources Manager to drive all HR initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle for the AU/NZ business. Responsibilities Business Partnering HR Policies and Procedures Talent Acquisition Talent and Organisational Development Employee Relations Compensation and Benefits Compliance Ideal Candidate  Degree in Human Resources Certified Member of AHRI 5+ years in a Generalist HR role Skilled in Organisational Development processes and tools Knowledge of HRIS systems, HR Measurement and Process Improvement Previous experience in the Medical Devices industry This role is based on Sydney's Northern beaches and offers a hybrid working model.
