About Us
Job Description
Remote (Bogotá, Colombia) · Contract · COP $4,530,000/month to start
We have the systems. We need someone who runs them without exception.
E2E Cleaning Services is a commercial cleaning and facility services company based in Tampa, Florida. We serve 100+ client locations from Jacksonville to Fort Myers, including Tampa Bay and Orlando. As we've grown, we've built the structure to support it: a full employee handbook, step-by-step onboarding checklists, structured interview scorecards, and our own operating software.
Now we need an experienced HR Manager who makes sure those systems are followed: every step, every time, by everyone. You'll work remotely from Bogotá with our U.S. leadership and field teams across Florida. You won't be building HR from scratch. You'll be running it for an hourly, multi-site workforce, with the backbone to hold the line.
What you'll own
Time, Attendance & Payroll
- Enforce our time and attendance rules across every crew and site: clock-ins and clock-outs, missed punches, breaks, tardiness, call-outs, and no-call/no-shows
- Review time records daily and fix discrepancies the same day, not at the end of the pay period
- Run biweekly payroll in Gusto, accurately and on schedule
- Document every violation and apply corrective action consistently, by the handbook
- Train every employee on the time app and the rules that come with it
Recruiting & Hiring
- Run full-cycle recruiting for field roles (cleaners, day porters, crew leads) and office and management positions across Florida
- Write and post job ads, screen applicants, run structured interviews using our scorecards, and check references
- Keep a ready pipeline of pre-screened candidates so openings get filled fast
- Coordinate background checks and offer letters
Onboarding
- Complete every step of our onboarding checklist for every hire, with no shortcuts and no "we'll get to it later"
- Meet every compliance deadline: employment agreements, Form I-9 and E-Verify within federal timelines, W-4, direct deposit, handbook acknowledgment, and uniform and site-specific requirements
- Manage onboarding paperwork for W-2 employees, 1099 contractors, and subcontractors
- Run the new-hire probationary period with scheduled check-ins, written evaluations, and a clear decision at the end
Scheduling
- Build and maintain staff schedules with the operations team across all client locations
- Manage time-off requests and arrange coverage for call-outs so no site goes unserviced
Employee Lifecycle & Compliance
- Keep complete, audit-ready personnel files
- Run quarterly performance reviews and document corrective action
- Handle terminations and offboarding: documentation, final pay, and getting back uniforms, keys, equipment, and badges
- Manage workplace incident and injury reporting and the workers' comp claims process
- Keep policies current with U.S. federal and Florida employment law
Communication & Reporting
- Keep leadership updated on open roles, onboarding status, and attendance issues without being asked
- Track and report HR metrics: attendance exceptions, turnover, time-to-fill, and onboarding completion
- Be a reliable, responsive HR contact for employees, supervisors, and our Project Manager
Who you are
- You hold the line. You apply policy the same way to a new hire and a five-year veteran, and you can have a direct, respectful conversation about it. You're not timid about enforcement.
- You don't skip steps. A checklist is a requirement, not a suggestion. If a file is incomplete, it isn't done.
- You keep it black and white. You follow the written rules as written, document everything, and don't make side deals.
- You move with urgency. A 5 a.m. call-out or a missing onboarding document gets handled now, not Monday.
- You over-communicate. Leadership never has to chase you for an update. You close loops in writing.
- You ask questions. When something is unclear, you ask leadership or the team. You don't guess, and you don't sit on it.
- You think critically. You find the pattern behind a problem, like a repeated late clock-in or a site with high turnover, and you come with a solution.
- You lead from a distance. You can manage a U.S. field team by phone, video, and messaging and still hold everyone accountable.
- You're a team player. You work hand in hand with operations, supervisors, and leadership toward the same standard.
This role is not a fit if you avoid hard conversations, let small things slide to keep the peace, treat checklists as optional, or wait to be asked for updates. We're saying this up front because this role requires the opposite.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience covering recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and full employee lifecycle management
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish (required)
- Payroll processing experience (U.S. payroll and Gusto strongly preferred)
- Proven record of enforcing attendance policies and documenting corrective action
- Familiarity with U.S. employment requirements (I-9/E-Verify, FLSA wage-and-hour rules) strongly preferred, or the discipline to learn them and apply them exactly
- Experience with HRIS and timekeeping platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-driven
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace
Preferred
- Experience supporting an hourly, multi-site workforce (commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, hospitality, or similar)
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification
What we offer
- Starting monthly compensation of COP $4,530,000, increasing to COP $5,610,000 after a successful 90-day evaluation and to COP $6,170,000 after a successful 6-month evaluation, with compensation after one year based on your performance over the year
- A fully remote contract role with a growing U.S. company
- Direct access to company leadership, and real backing to enforce the standards
