Human Resources Officer

We are looking for an HR Officer with 2–3 years of experience to lead recruitment for our growing remote team. In this role, you will run hiring end-to-end, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new joiners, while supporting the day-to-day HR needs of the business. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand what each team needs and keep a healthy pipeline of talent ready. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and enjoys being the connection point between candidates, employees, and the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Own the hiring process from job posting to offer. Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep a warm pipeline across account management, operations, and tech roles.
• Hiring Partnership: Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, agree on timelines, and keep searches moving.
• Onboarding: Welcome new joiners, complete their paperwork, and make sure they have what they need to start well in a remote setup.
• Employee Support: Be the go-to person for everyday HR questions — leave, documents, employment letters, and general requests.
• HR Administration: Keep employee files, contracts, and HR records accurate and up to date. Support payroll with timely updates on joiners, leavers, and changes.
• Culture & Engagement: Help plan team initiatives and events that keep a fully remote team connected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Confident interviewing and comfortable speaking with candidates at all levels
• Well organized, with strong attention to detail on documentation and records
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
