Role Description The Human Resources Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a distributed, technology-focused workforce. This role manages HR policies and processes, including onboarding, performance management, compensation-related documentation, and compliance with applicable labor standards. The Human Resources Officer handles employee relations by addressing questions, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s mission. Daily tasks include developing and updating job descriptions, supporting recruitment and talent management, maintaining HR records and systems, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning. The role also contributes to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, learning and development, and continuous improvement of HR practices.
