A Fortune 200 global organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding people team. This is a ground-floor seat at a company investing seriously in India, with the scope to shape how the centre supports its employees from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will own core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, and help build a people function that scales cleanly as the centre grows.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations

• Run onboarding, documentation, and the day-to-day employee lifecycle
• Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance
• Coordinate engagement, communication, and HR programmes

Support & Partnering

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries and resolution
• Support hiring coordination with recruiters and hiring managers
• Help roll out HR policies as the centre staffs up

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in HR, people operations, or HR generalist roles
• Strong organisation, discretion, and attention to detail
• Comfort with HRIS tools and spreadsheets
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to a GCC, shared-services, or large multinational environment
• Understanding of Indian employment and compliance norms
• An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
