Password Services, part of Johnson Controls, is now looking for HVAC Installation Engineers to join our specialist installation team, delivering air conditioning and ventilation projects for commercial customers across the UK.
Our work includes installing and replacing packaged rooftop units, air handling units (AHUs), ventilation systems and associated equipment. This is a varied, hands-on role involving air conditioning installation, ductwork, mechanical assembly, pipework, cable containment and general installation activities.
We welcome applications from experienced HVAC and air conditioning engineers, as well as individuals with relevant practical experience who are keen to develop their skills across multiple disciplines. F-Gas certification is desirable but not essential.
The role involves travel to customer sites nationwide, with working away from home required at times.

What You'll Do
- Install and replace rooftop air conditioning units, AHUs and ventilation equipment
- Carry out associated ductwork, pipework, containment and mechanical installation tasks
- Support commissioning and refrigerant pipework activities where qualified
- Work from drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality installations
- Collaborate with colleagues, subcontractors and project managers to deliver projects safely and on schedule
- Complete site documentation and provide progress updates
- Represent Password Services professionally on customer sites
What We're Looking For
- Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical installation or a related trade
- Practical hands-on installation skills and ability to use power and hand tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic IT skills
Desirable
- F-Gas Category 1 certification
- Experience with rooftop units, AHUs and ventilation systems
- Refrigerant pipework and commissioning experience
- CSCS, IPAF, PASMA or similar site certifications
