Location: Worcester

Working Pattern: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable HVAC Trainer to join our team in Worcester. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and developing the skills of others.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging, practical and theory-based HVAC training, supporting learners to develop the technical knowledge and practical skills required to succeed within the industry.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days onsite in Worcester and 3 days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality HVAC training through a combination of classroom, practical and remote learning.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations and practical exercises.
• Assess learners' knowledge, understanding and practical competency.
• Provide constructive feedback and support learners throughout their development.
• Keep training content up to date with current HVAC practices, standards and industry requirements.
• Support learners in achieving their qualifications and developing their technical careers.
• Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation.
• Work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure a consistently high standard of training.

Essential Requirements

• Previous professional experience within the HVAC industry.
• Level 3 HVAC qualification or equivalent.
• Strong practical and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or supporting the development of others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage learners with different levels of knowledge and experience.
• Comfortable delivering training both onsite and remotely.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.

Desirable

• Previous experience working as an HVAC Trainer, Tutor, Assessor or Instructor.
• Relevant teaching, training or assessing qualification.
• Knowledge of current HVAC industry standards, regulations and best practice.
• Experience working with apprentices or vocational learners.
