We are looking for 2 Internal Communication Specialists to support employee engagement and internal communication activities for our growing IT outsourcing company with 200+ employees.

• 1 position based in Hanoi: Hybrid working model
• 1 position based in Ho Chi Minh City: Remote working model
• Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Vietnam time)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, creating engaging content, organizing internal activities, and contributing to a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute internal communication activities across the company
• Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including:
• Company announcements
• Employee engagement posts
• Internal newsletters
• Event communications
• Coordinate and support internal events, online activities, and employee engagement programs
• Collaborate with HR, TA, and other departments to communicate company culture and internal initiatives
• Maintain and improve internal communication channels and ensure content consistency
• Collect employee feedback and support initiatives to improve employee experience
• Assist in preparing presentations, posters, newsletters, and other communication materials
• Support employer branding and employee engagement activities when needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Internal Communication, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Marketing, HR, or related roles
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• English communication proficiency equivalent to at least IELTS 6.0
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Energetic, outgoing, creative, and willing to learn
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

Nice-to-have

• Basic design skills using Canva or Figma
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva Video, or other editing tools
• Experience creating social media or internal engagement content
• Experience supporting company events or employee engagement activities
• Interest in company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding

• Creative mindset with a good sense of visual and written content
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Active, adaptable, and highly responsive
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders

• Competitive Compensation: Salary up to 12,000,000 VND gross/month (For exceptional candidates with strong relevant experience and capabilities, a higher salary package may be considered).
