Role Overview

Join a growing Member Experience team delivering exceptional service in a professional, relationship-focused environment. Opportunities are available within two customer-facing career paths:

• Member Services Representative (MSA) Focused on ongoing member support, account servicing, and policy-related inquiries.
• Associate Member Advocate (AMA) Focused on First Notice of Loss (FNOL), claims intake, and helping members navigate the beginning stages of the claims process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members over the phone and through other communication channels
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information
• Deliver a high-quality member experience through empathy, active listening, and professionalism
• Document conversations and complete follow-up activities accurately
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting members
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Build trust and maintain positive relationships with members
• Follow established processes while adapting to changing business needs
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to deliver strong service outcomes

Member Services Representatives

• Handle approximately 30-40 inbound member interactions per day
• Assist members and agents with policy, billing, and account-related inquiries
• Manage requests from initial contact through resolution

Associate Member Advocates

• Handle approximately 10-20 inbound claim-related interactions per day
• Serve as the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) contact for members reporting new claims
• Gather claim information and guide members through the claims process
• Provide support during stressful situations with empathy and professionalism

Pay, Schedule (Required Availability) & Logistics

• Salary: $53,000 annually
• Overtime Eligible
• Location: Charleston, SC
• Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Start Date: November 2026
• Full-Time Permanent Position
• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Some Saturday availability required
  • Associate Member Advocate: Up to 12 Saturdays per year
  • Member Services Representative: Up to 8 Saturdays per year
• Candidates must be able to commute to the Charleston office on required onsite days

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
