The Hybrid Mid-Level IT Technician (MSP) will have the ability to continue their learning and grow into a higher role. The Hybrid Mid-Level IT Technician (MSP) will be joining a fast-growing industry-leading collocation, managed-to-host, and managed services company. Hybrid Mid-Level IT Technician (MSP) Experience: Technical support at the network level: LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless Experience with Networking, Windows OS’s to include 7, 10, 11 Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019 Maintained ticket updates for reported incidents and experience with the help desk ticketing system (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, etc.) Onsite support relating to technical issues involving all of Microsoft’s core business applications (AD, DNS, Exchange, SQL, Hyper-V, Azure, etc.), VMware Virtualization, and Client Operating Systems Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
