The Hybrid System Administrator – L2 (IT Support Team) MSP will review tickets, monitor dashboards, and respond to incidents promptly. You will also troubleshoot, escalate and will work along senior engineer on project. You must have the desire to learn on the job and handle any challenge thrown at them. Hybrid System Administrator – L2 (IT Support Team) MSP Experience: Configure and troubleshoot issues related to Window Server, DNS, DHCP VPN Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other technologies.
