We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced Salesforce, HubSpot, and CRM administrators with strong expertise in SaaS revenue systems, operational data, system governance, and cross-platform integrations to contribute to an advanced AI training and systems-alignment project.

Selected professionals will work across complex SaaS revenue environments where CRM logic, operational policies, automations, permissions, and connected systems may have drifted out of alignment. The work focuses on auditing CRM configurations, resolving system and policy conflicts, reconciling data, documenting operational decisions, and establishing more reliable and sustainable revenue-system practices. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Systems Audit & Administration

  • Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for contradictions, obsolete policies, duplicate records, and operational inconsistencies
  • Review CRM configuration across fields, flows, validation rules, objects, permissions, and related administrative components
  • Identify areas where current system behaviour no longer reflects documented or intended business processes
  • Analyse duplicate entities, outdated automation, incorrect permissions, and other sources of operational drift
  • Apply hands-on CRM expertise when assessing complex system configurations

Operational Policy & Conflict Resolution

  • Analyse conflicting business rules and determine which policies or operational logic should take precedence
  • Document clear, actionable reasoning behind recommended system and policy decisions
  • Navigate ambiguous or undocumented operational scenarios requiring professional judgement
  • Identify legacy policies or automations that may continue to affect current workflows
  • Support consistent handling of exceptions, grey areas, and cross-system dependencies

Data Reconciliation & Revenue Systems Integration

  • Assess and reconcile underlying data across CRM and connected revenue platforms
  • Clarify the intended state of customer, account, entitlement, billing, and related operational information
  • Evaluate impacts across systems such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, and integration platforms
  • Work with SQL, APIs, system data models, and cross-system data relationships where relevant
  • Identify discrepancies that may affect reporting, workflow reliability, or operational accuracy

CRM Governance & Operational Documentation

  • Draft precise operational prompts and guidance for handling complex SaaS data and system scenarios
  • Document recommended changes as well as areas intentionally left unchanged
  • Explain technical and operational reasoning clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute recommendations for CRM design, optimisation, and sustainable governance
  • Help establish transparent and reproducible decision-making across CRM and revenue-system workflows

Ideal Profile

  • 4–6 years of hands-on CRM administration, implementation, or revenue-systems experience
  • Strong practical experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable CRM platforms
  • Proven track record of independently leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts
  • Extensive experience configuring fields, flows, validation rules, objects, permission sets, and related CRM functionality
  • Practical build experience is prioritised over certifications, although relevant certifications are advantageous
  • Working knowledge of at least two adjacent revenue or operational systems such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or integration middleware
  • Comfortable working at the data layer with SQL, APIs, system data models, and cross-system reconciliation
  • Experience within SaaS environments, particularly regulated industries or complex multi-product businesses, is advantageous
  • Strong operational judgement when evaluating conflicting policies, system logic, and cascading changes
  • Excellent professional English communication skills
  • Ability to document technical reasoning and operational policy decisions clearly and precisely
  • No prior experience in AI research or model training is required

Engagement Details

  • Part-time independent contractor engagement
  • Fully remote
  • Compensation: $35–$80/hour
  • Work will involve CRM auditing, system administration, revenue-stack analysis, data reconciliation, policy review, and operational documentation
  • Strong hands-on CRM configuration and implementation experience is important for this engagement
  • No prior experience in AI is required
  • Project scope, workload, timing, and duration may evolve depending on project requirements
  • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
