Hyperion Lead, Data Engineering - Night Shift

Role Summary:

Lead and manage the Hyperion application support team, ensuring 24x7 operational availability, incident resolution, service delivery, and continuous improvement of Oracle Hyperion environments. Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and coordinate with business, infrastructure, and vendor teams to maintain SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a 24x7 Hyperion support team across shifts and geographies.

Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and change activities.

Ensure timely resolution of Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, Financial Reporting, and EPM-related issues.

Monitor application health, performance, and batch processes to ensure high availability.

Drive SLA compliance, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, Oracle support, and infrastructure teams.

Manage resource planning, shift rosters, knowledge management, and team development.

Support upgrades, patching, and regulatory/audit requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM suite (Planning, HFM, Essbase, FR, Shared Services).

Proven experience leading application support teams in a 24x7 environment.

Expertise in incident, problem, and change management (ITIL).

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and escalation handling skills.

Experience with production support, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.

Experience: 8+ years in Hyperion/EPM and team leadership/support management roles.
