Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IAM Architect with 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, covering IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The candidate must have strong hands-on architecture, implementation, configuration, and platform migration experience, preferably in post-merger or enterprise transformation environments.

Required Skills

• IAM Architecture: Identity architecture, Access Management, PAM, IGA, governance, and role modelling.
• PAM Tools: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea – vaulting, session management, privileged access workflows.
• IGA Tools: SailPoint, Saviynt, or ServiceNow Identity Governance – connectors, provisioning, deprovisioning, workflows, and certifications.
• Active Directory: AD forest/trusts, GPO, schema, Entra Connect, ADMT/Quest migration tools.
• Platform Migration: Hands-on IGA/PAM platform migration, consolidation, and integration.
• Transformation: Post-merger identity integration, tenant consolidation, and target-state architecture.
• Additional Skills: Non-Human Identity (NHI), service account lifecycle management, credential rotation, OIDC, and SPIFFE.
  
  

Important Requirements

• Must be a Senior Architect, not an IAM Engineer.
• Strong hands-on implementation and architecture experience is mandatory.
• Must have 15+ years of overall experience.
