IAM Delivery Lead

*** IAM Delivery Lead - 12 months - Hybrid / Copenhagen ***

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for an IAM Delivery Lead to join them on a new IAM journey. The initial contract will be for 12 months with long-term scope.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid with 3 days pr week on-site in Copenhagen and 2 days pr week remote.

You will be joining the discovery phase of a new IT security program focusing specifically on the IAM area. Responsibilities will include scoping, roadmap creation and ownership as well as leading the implementation of the chosen IAM solution. You will create and own the overall IAM strategy.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 8+ years of experience in the IAM area.
• Experience leading IAM implementations from start to finish including roadmap creation.
• Strong experience partnering with all relevant stakeholders and partners, incl. Cyber Security, Technology, Architecture, Cloud, Data, HR, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to secure sponsorship and deliver the roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Able to join from beginning of December.
