IAM Sr Engineer

Role: IAM Sr Engineer 100% Remote Job Description The IAM Senior Engineer is a seasoned professional (5–8 years) responsible for supporting, managing, and optimizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and support of complex IAM systems or subsystems. Key duties include developing and implementing application onboarding to platforms like SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk, and driving continuous enhancements in security and operational efficiency. Required Skills - Responsible for supporting, managing, and optimizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and support of complex IAM systems or subsystems. Job Duties - Key duties include developing and implementing application onboarding for platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk, and driving continuous enhancements in security and operational efficiency. Job Requirements - IAM Development & Implementation: Expertise in developing and implementing IAM solutions, including application onboarding to SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk. IAM Automation & Integration: Proficiency in developing custom connectors and integration components and automating IAM processes to drive efficiency. Core IGA Concepts: Expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Access Certifications. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in customizing SailPoint workflows, and using Java, Beanshell, and REST APIs to extend platform capabilities. System Support & Enhancement: Experience leading the design, implementation, and support of complex IAM systems and resolving technical issues within assigned domains. Desired Skills & Experience - IAM Development & Implementation: Expertise in developing and implementing IAM solutions, including application onboarding to SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk.
