IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 Developer

Your contribution would be compensated for with a competitive wage and benefits. To be successful in this role, you are expected to perform the following responsibilities and meet the requirements. Responsibilities: Develop Planning Analytics reports for budgeting, forecasting and actual reports and provide ongoing maintenance Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements and develop financial reports and reporting solutions Connect to various data sources as needed for developing necessary reports Ensure the accuracy of the deliverables through quality assurance practice Develop strong understanding of business requirements to create necessary calculation logics for various metrics Run various queries to check any report/data issues for punctual reporting and escalation Support and troubleshoot Planning Analytics / TM1 related issues Perform other relevant duties as assigned Requirements: 5+ years of experience in related fields with strong development and modelling background using Cognos TM1/ IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 Rules, Feeders, Turbo Integrator processes, and system configuration Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, accounting, or information systems Experience with writing SQL queries and stored procedures Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel Ability to explain and elaborate complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders Experience in ETL development using tools such as ADF, SSIS Experience in handling large datasets, relational databases, and distributed systems Experience with Azure, AWS, or other mainstream cloud computing platforms Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement Excellent project and time management skills Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently or with a group Must be fluent in English Authorized to work in the Philippines without any restrictions Location / Compensation / Benefits Location: Anywhere in the Philippines Competitive Compensation Package
