As a Prompt & Context Engineering Intern at IBM, you will help shape how AI solutions are used within finance and accounting processes. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will design, test, and improve prompts and contextual frameworks that enable AI systems to deliver accurate, relevant, and valuable responses. From day one, you will contribute to real AI initiatives, collaborate with finance, accounting, and technology teams, and gain hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI evaluation. Along the way, you will learn how AI can transform accounting workflows and support smarter business decisions. No previous work experience is required.
