About the Role:

We are seeking an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support for customers and partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless travel and accommodation experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests and accommodation partners with bookings, modifications, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently with high attention to customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex requests and payments.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native fluency in Icelandic with excellent English.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.
