We are looking for an ICT Engagements Coordinator to support ICT projects and technical initiatives at a major EU agency headquartered in Warsaw. You will keep several initiatives moving in parallel, connecting technical teams, business stakeholders and suppliers. Formal decisions on budget, contracts, architecture and security stay with the client. What you will do Coordinate ICT projects from initiation to closure, using PM², Agile or other client-approved methods. Maintain plans, schedules, milestones, acceptance criteria and logs for actions, decisions, dependencies and changes. Coordinate across networks, cloud/data centre, databases, IAM, workplace, cybersecurity and monitoring teams. Organise workshops and status reviews, and follow up on actions and decisions. Support supplier engagement: procurement documentation, Requests for Service, Terms of Reference, and tracking of man-days and deliverables. Coordinate testing, handover, operational readiness and lessons learned, and prepare management reporting. Requirements 5+ years of relevant IT experience, including 3+ years coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives. Experience coordinating at least two ICT infrastructure initiatives across several technical domains, and dependencies across at least three of them. Experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement documentation, proofs of concept or implementation of ICT contracts. Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project or Planner. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to juggle several priorities. Education & languages Bachelor's degree or higher. English level B2 or higher, with an official certificate or a language centre assessment.
