Working arrangement: 50% remote

TRR is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an ICT Project Manager to join a major digital transformation programme in Brussels. This is an opportunity to work across several projects within a large-scale programme focused on the digitalisation and management of judicial case processes.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of one or more projects, ensuring effective coordination across business, ICT and external stakeholders.

You will help drive projects forward, manage dependencies and risks, ensure delivery quality and provide clear reporting to programme and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, resources, budgets and dependencies
• Coordinate business, ICT and external project teams
• Manage risks, issues, changes and dependencies
• Monitor project progress and key deliverables
• Prepare regular reporting for management and Steering Committees
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and timelines
• Manage stakeholders and maintain alignment across different teams
• Ensure consistency with the wider programme roadmap
• Contribute to improving project management processes and ways of working

About You

We're looking for an ICT Project Manager with approximately a minimum of 2 years experience in project management, ideally within a complex technology or digital environment.

You should have:

• Experience managing ICT/IT projects
• Knowledge of Agile and/or PRINCE2 project methodologies
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and teams
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• A structured and pragmatic approach to project delivery
• French or Dutch plus English

Desirable

• Public sector experience
• Judicial or justice-sector experience
• Case management systems experience
• Experience working on digital transformation programmes
• Exposure to Microsoft/.NET environments
