Als System Manager bist du die zentrale Drehscheibe im operativen Betrieb (24/7) businesskritischer ICT-Services:

Du arbeitest eng mit Betrieb, Engineering, Lieferanten und interner wie externer Kunden zusammen. Dabei verbindest du methodisches Event-, Incident- & Problem-Management mit einem Blick fürs Ganze – inkl. kontinuierlicher Optimierung von Prozessen und Tools.

• Proaktive und kontinuierliche Überwachung von ICT-Services, Netzwerken und Applikationen über zentrale Observability-Dashboards
• Event-Analyse, Qualifizierung, Triagierung und Korrelation von Systemmeldungen und Alarmen zur Vermeidung von Eskalationen
• Anomalieerkennung, frühzeitiges Identifizieren von Abweichungen im Normalbetrieb, um Ausfälle präventiv zu verhindern
• Stakeholder-Kommunikation sicherstellen (intern/extern) inkl. Status-Updates, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Nachbereitung
• Störungen analysieren und gemeinsam mit Engineering/Betrieb nachhaltige Massnahmen ableiten (Problem-/Root-Cause-Ansätze)
• In kritischen Situationen ruhig, klar und verbindlich führen
• Arbeiten im 24/7 Betrieb, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und uneingeschränkte Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Nacht, Wochenende, Feiertage)

Deine Skills

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im ICT-Servicebetrieb bzw. IT Service Management, idealerweise im Incident-/Major-Incident-Management
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Weiterbildung im ICT-Umfeld (z. B. Informatik, Cloud, Systemtechnik/Netzwerk) oder entsprechende langjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Monitoring- und Observability-Plattformen (z. B. Grafana, Splunk, oder Prometheus)
• Gute Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prozesse, insbesondere im Event-, Incident- Change- und Problem-Management
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken und ein strukturiertes Vorgehen bei komplexen Störungen
• Präzise, adressatengerechte Ausdrucksweise und Kommunikation sowohl technisch gegenüber Engineers als auch serviceorientiert gegenüber dem Management
• Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gute Kenntnisse Englisch und Französisch
• Hands-on-Mentalität: du packst an, priorisierst pragmatisch und stellst die konsequente Umsetzung sicher
• Erfahrung mit kontinuierlicher Verbesserung (Prozesse, Tooling, Automatisierung) und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
• Bereitschaft zu regelmässiger Schichtarbeit (24/7)
• Fahrausweis
