Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager - Contract

HRM Search Partners is currently partnering with a premier enterprise client to recruit an experienced IAM Manager (Contract) to join a leading Cyber & Strategic Risk team. In this high-impact contract engagement, you will lead transformational Identity and Access Management programmes that shape how enterprise organisations secure their digital identities across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

This role combines strategic advisory, solution architecture, and delivery execution to solve complex identity and security challenges.

Key Skills & Prior Experience

• Core IAM Capabilities: Proven Identity & Access Management experience blending advisory, architecture, and hands-on delivery expertise across IAM, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Transformation & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success leading large-scale IAM transformation initiatives, managing key business and technical stakeholders.
• Presales & Solutioning: Strong presales, RFP, and solutioning capability-the ability to shape technical solutions, translate client requirements, and construct high-value technical proposals.
• Platform Delivery Experience: Hands-on architecture and implementation experience with market-leading platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or CyberArk.
• Governance & Modern Authentication: In-depth knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD), access certification campaigns, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation, and Microsoft Entra ID.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategy & Architecture: Lead and architect large-scale IAM transformation programmes, defining strategy, technical roadmaps, and delivery approaches for enterprise environments.
• IGA Implementation: Design and deliver comprehensive IGA capabilities, including RBAC, automated JML lifecycles, SoD enforcement, and access recertification campaigns.
• Modern Authentication & Cloud: Deploy modern authentication and identity governance frameworks utilizing SSO, MFA, Federation, and Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
• Privileged Access Management: Architect and deploy PAM capabilities using platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra PIM.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior consultants and engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Build and maintain trusted relationships across technical, business, and executive levels to drive adoption of IAM governance.

Essential Certifications

• CISSP or CISM
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
• Certification in at least one leading IAM platform:
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer / Identity Security Cloud
• Saviynt Certified IGA Professional
• Okta Certified Professional / Administrator

Desirable Certifications

• CyberArk Certification (Defender, Sentry, or equivalent)
• Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
• TOGAF
• CRISC
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
• ITIL Foundation
• Cloud Security Certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
