· Assess the existing IAM landscape, including directories, applications, identity data, access models, provisioning workflows and integrations; identify technical gaps, risks and implementation dependencies.
· Define the IAM strategy, governance framework, target architecture and roadmap, translating requirements into technical designs and implementation plans (covering configuration, integrations, data and entitlement mapping, migration, testing and deployment)
· Partner with IT, business and security teams to define access requirements and controls for workforce, privileged and service accounts.
· Establish identity lifecycle processes with HR and IT, covering joiners, movers, leavers and role changes;
· Design and implement an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) framework, including role and entitlement models, access reviews, ownership and segregation of duties.
· Promote IAM best practices and clarify access management responsibilities across the organisation.
Architecture and technical solutions
· Lead the end-to-end implementation of IAM and IGA solution, workflows and controls, from design and integration through deployment and operational handover, including access requests, approvals, provisioning, access changes, reviews and deprovisioning.
· Define the access control model, including RBAC and ABAC approaches, entitlement mapping, access bundles, and rules for exceptional or time-bound access.
· Design and oversee lifecycle automation across applications and directories
· Lead the integration and evolution of IAM solutions across environments such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
· Evaluate external IGA and IAM solutions.
· Define multi-tenant standards and IAM governance, including operating processes, application and role ownership, and control monitoring.
