Role Description The IELTS Trainer will deliver engaging, outcome-focused online lessons to learners preparing for the IELTS exam, ensuring they develop strong skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking. This full-time remote role includes designing lesson plans aligned with IELTS test formats, assessing learner progress through practice tests and assignments, and providing detailed feedback and strategies for improvement. The trainer will create and update digital learning materials, collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, and participate in periodic training to stay current with exam updates and best teaching practices. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with learners, supporting their study schedules, and contributing to a positive, inclusive online learning environment.
Qualifications

• Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with a learner-centered approach.
• Proficiency in IELTS exam preparation, including familiarity with all modules and scoring criteria.
• Experience in Lesson Planning tailored to standardized tests and diverse language proficiency levels.
• Background in Teaching English as a Foreign Language or similar ESL/EFL contexts.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with clear, structured communication skills.
• Relevant teaching certification or qualification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) preferred.
• Prior experience delivering online classes and using digital teaching platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote work environment, and a commitment to learner success.
