Role: Online English Educator
Employment: Remote, Full-Time, Year-Round
Compensation: PKR 70,000 - 140,000 / month (commensurate with experience)
Redefining Online Education: Life the FunFox Way
Most teaching platforms treat educators as disposable contractors with unpredictable hours, erratic enrollment-based pay, and 15+ hours of unpaid administrative grind.
At FunFox Program, Australia’s premier foundational English education organisation, we do the exact opposite. We don't hire transactional gig workers; we invest in long-term educators and groom them into high-level business and academic leaders. You teach consistent, small cohorts (6–8 students) at fixed times each week, backed by institutional stability and comprehensive operational support.
What makes FunFox fundamentally different
The curriculum’s built. You simply teach it: Say goodbye to endless unpaid lesson prep. We deliver a fully developed, structured curriculum and all the learning resources so you can direct 100% of your energy into your students.
Full-time stability, year-round. No seasonal dips, no waiting on enrollments. You meet the same students at the same time every week, allowing you to build real, lasting connections with both students and parents.
What you're offered is what lands in your account. We pay via Wise in your local currency, which means no platform cuts, no processing fees, no exchange rate anxiety. Salaries are also revisited quickly for high performers, sometimes before the six-month mark.
Real growth, not just a title. Our internal promotion track runs on execution, not tenure. Our youngest team lead is in her early twenties. If you demonstrate ownership, you earn a seat at the table.
Female-led, merit-driven. An all-female C-Suite and five out of six department heads are women. Career progression here is transparent and entirely free of corporate bureaucracy.
A team that actually feels like one. Quarterly game nights, fitness challenges, active Slack channels, regional meetups, and fully funded team retreats. Remote doesn't mean isolated. We are an active, collaborative team that operates on professional work ethic and memes.
We also offer:

Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
Real energy and genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners.
