We are seeking a Temporary IFS Cloud Migration Tech Lead to join our Corporate IT Team and work remotely.
This position requires an experienced IFS/ERP professional who can quickly step into an active implementation and provide technical leadership through go-live and post-go-live stabilization. The Tech Lead will own the day-to-day technical direction and tasking of a 7-person team (5 System Analysts, 1 Data Analyst, and 1 System Admin) through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day technical execution of the IFS Cloud migration, including tasking and coordinating a 7-person team (System Analysts, Data Analyst, and System Admin) through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
- Lead technical coordination for integration testing, system validation, and cutover planning in preparation for the December go-live milestone.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve technical risks and blockers to keep the project on track and on schedule.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, IT Directors, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with project milestones and business requirements.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and IFS partners to ensure timely delivery of dependencies and resolution of technical issues.
- Support go-live readiness activities including UAT coordination, system validation, and hypercare planning and execution.
- Document key technical decisions, configurations, and migration processes to ensure knowledge continuity beyond the engagement.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- IFS experience is required, with strong preference for hands-on IFS Cloud experience. Experience with IFS Apps 10 and/or an Apps 10-to-Cloud migration is highly preferred.
- 7–8+ years of ERP experience with at least 1 year leading a large ERP project
- Someone who can own day-to-day technical direction and tasking of a 7-person team through go-live
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; this person will work directly with IT leadership and business stakeholders
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
