IFS FSM Functional Consultant at BairesDev

As an IFS FSM Functional Consultant, you will lead the implementation and customization of enterprise service management solutions. You will translate operational demands into effective system configurations, ensuring field operations achieve peak efficiency and seamless workflow integration.

What You'll Do:

- Map and evaluate complex business processes to align with platform capabilities.

- Design, configure, and deploy field service modules tailored to specific organizational needs.

- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive system architecture and enhancements.

- Optimize mobile worker routing and service delivery metrics across the enterprise infrastructure.

- Author comprehensive functional documentation and guide users through system adoption strategies.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience working as an IFS FSM Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.

- Strong expertise in configuring and implementing IFS Field Service Management (FSM) and IFS Cloud solutions.

- Proven ability to bridge business requirements and system configuration to optimize field service processes.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
