Immigration Case Analyst (Remote, Canada)
Mandall Immigration Law is a fast-growing Toronto immigration firm. We help clients navigate Canadian immigration across Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, work and study permits, and spousal and family sponsorship. We’re hiring a Case Analyst to own the accuracy and momentum of our case files from retainer through submission.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and assemble complete application packages (forms, supporting documents, submission letters) for lawyer review
- Review files for completeness, eligibility, and program fit across Express Entry, spousal/family sponsorship, and temporary resident streams
- Easily manage a caseload of 12+ files submitted per month, tracking progress, deadlines, and outstanding items
- Request and follow up on client documents, flagging gaps or risks early
- Keep case data and status updates accurate, and files audit-ready
- Work directly with our lawyers to move files forward efficiently and correctly
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of immigration case management or similar experience, ideally in a corporate or larger-firm environment
- Strong hands-on experience with both spousal/family sponsorship and Express Entry files is required, along with a genuine preference for this work and a desire to build deep expertise in these streams
- Strong experience with temporary resident files, such as work and study permits
- Strong working knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and IRCC processes
- Proven ability to produce 12+ files per month while maintaining quality
- We are not looking for candidates who are currently operating their own business or practice in any capacity
- Meticulous attention to detail and document accuracy
- Excellent written English and clear, professional client communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with case-tracking tools
Nice to have
- Immigration case management diploma (e.g., Ashton, Herzing, Queen’s GDip)
- Experience in a high-volume firm
- Additional languages
What we offer
- Fully remote work
- Salary range: $60,000–$80,000
- A firm in growth mode, with regular raises
- Open communication with all team members and senior management
