The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients navigating the immigration process. Duties: - LMIA Experience (Mandatory) - Assist clients with visa applications, work permits, and residency applications - Conduct consultations to assess clients' immigration needs - Prepare and submit immigration documents accurately and promptly - Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations - Communicate with government agencies on behalf of clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case details - Utilize computerized systems for efficient case management Requisitos - Holds an RCIC license. - Mandatory fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and PDF for document preparation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong administrative skills for organizing client files and paperwork - Experience with records management and maintaining confidentiality - Familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms for collaboration - Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously - Ability to write reports, project proposals, and conduct project management tasks ​ Join our team as an Immigration Consultant to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients while advancing your career in immigration services.
