Show job description

BorderPass is an AI-native legal technology company built for a world where people, companies, and capital move across borders. We are growing our immigration legal team in the United Kingdom, Australia, and other key jurisdictions.

Your practice, without the overhead. BorderPass gives you the platform, the infrastructure, and the team behind you, so your time goes to legal judgment and your clients. Serve more people, in more places, with immigration help that is faster and more accessible.

No billable-hour targets.

What You Will Do

  • Advise and represent clients on immigration matters in your jurisdiction, including skilled and employer-sponsored work visas, family and partner visas, permanent residence or settlement, and business immigration
  • Review, approve, and file applications
  • Bring your expertise to how immigration services are delivered on BorderPass
  • Build your practice with BorderPass behind you

Who We Are Looking For

Qualified lawyers in good standing in your jurisdiction:

  • United Kingdom: solicitors regulated by the SRA, barristers regulated by the BSB, or the equivalent in Scotland or Northern Ireland
  • Australia: holders of a current practising certificate from an Australian state or territory
  • Other jurisdictions: qualified and in good standing with your local regulator
  • Early-career lawyers ready for a different kind of practice
  • Solo practitioners and small-firm lawyers looking for infrastructure and scale
  • Strong immigration knowledge, or a solid foundation and a clear interest in immigration
  • Comfortable working with technology; you do not need to be a technologist

Why BorderPass

  • Modern infrastructure, without building the back office yourself
  • Your time on legal work, not admin
  • Flexible engagement options
  • Remote-friendly

To Apply, Send Us

  • Your CV
  • Jurisdiction(s) of qualification, regulator, and registration or practising certificate number
  • Practice areas and the matter types you handle most
