Quiroga Law Office, PLLC is looking for an experienced litigator to join our immigration practice in Spokane.


We welcome qualified attorneys from across the United States who are willing to relocate to the Spokane area. Relocation assistance may be discussed for selected candidates.


Once based in the area, your day-to-day work will be mostly remote. In-person attendance is required only when needed for court appearances, hearings, USCIS interviews, client meetings, or other proceedings in Spokane and nearby jurisdictions.


The Role

You will focus primarily on legal strategy, advocacy, hearings, and client representation. A dedicated legal production team supports case preparation, filings, documentation, and case management.


Key responsibilities include:

• Representing clients in hearings, court proceedings, USCIS interviews, and other appearances

• Developing litigation and case strategy

• Drafting and reviewing motions, briefs, pleadings, declarations, and legal memoranda

• Preparing clients and witnesses for proceedings

• Managing litigation matters, deadlines, and case priorities


Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. state

• At least 2 years of post-J.D. litigation experience

• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Experience with hearings, trials, motions, or other contested matters

• Willingness to relocate to Spokane if not already local


Immigration, removal defense, EOIR, USCIS, BIA, federal, or appellate experience is highly valued. We also encourage strong litigators from public defense, prosecution, criminal defense, civil litigation, and other courtroom-focused practices to apply.
