Our firm is looking for a remote Turkish-speaking Immigration Paralegal to join our team.

We are a New York–based immigration law firm working closely with entrepreneurs, companies, and individuals on a wide range of U.S. immigration matters. Our work spans employment-based and family-based immigration, as well as federal mandamus actions, and we focus on delivering thoughtful, well-prepared, and strategic filings.


This role will involve hands-on work across different case types, including E-1, E-2, L-1, H-1B, O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, PERM, family-based immigration processes, naturalization, and mandamus actions.


You will be working directly with attorneys on:

  • Preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
  • Assisting with mandamus matters and related federal court filings
  • Drafting support letters, forms, and legal correspondence
  • Communicating with clients in Turkish and English and managing follow-ups
  • Organizing case files and tracking deadlines across multiple matters
  • Following current developments in U.S. immigration law and policy
  • Assisting, as needed, with social media posts and creating educational immigration content


We are looking for someone who is:

  • Fluent in Turkish
  • Comfortable drafting in English with clarity and precision
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple cases at once
  • Interested in keeping up with developments in U.S. immigration law
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, legal software, and other tools, including AI-based tools, to support efficient and accurate work


A law degree or related background is preferred.

This is a remote position, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).

Compensation will be based on experience.
