Why Join aiLegal?
At aiLegal, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing immigration practice that combines legal expertise with technology and process innovation.
You’ll join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent client service while building more efficient and scalable ways to practice immigration law.
We value accountability, initiative, continuous improvement, and professionals who take pride in producing high-quality work.
If you are an experienced immigration paralegal who enjoys managing complex cases, working with clients, and contributing to a fast-moving team, we encourage you to apply.
One change I’d especially recommend: I would not use “zero tolerance for any preventable errors” in the public posting. It can make an otherwise qualified candidate worry that one typo could cost them their job. The revised version still makes accuracy and accountability very clear, but it sounds much more professional and attractive to experienced paralegals.
